As from January 20th, the registration forms are available in English, too. Please note that the forms were changed. If you have downloaded or obtained a registration form before January 20th, please download the updated version. Don't forget to register before February 16th, 2003.

Note that due to space limitations in Punskas and Hüttenfeld, we have to limit the number of observers to 25. The tourist program is limited to 50 participants. The maximum of delegates is limited by the PLJS constitution (120 delegates).

We created a mailing list for those who want to stay updated on the congress program, any changes etc. If you wish to subscribe, simply send an empty email to kongresas-subscribe@yahoogroups.com. Most of the messages, however, will be in Lithuanian.

Finally, there is an English language version of the kongresas website. Here you'll find information on the congress schedule, the delegates' conference, the camp, the opening days, the tourist program and further details on registration.

Kongresas 2003 starts on July 11th in Vilnius (Lithuania), from July 13th to 18th there is a camp in Punskas (Poland) and it finishes with the delegates' conference between July 19th and July 26th. Remember that the World Lithuanian Song and Dance Festival will be taking place between June 30th and July 6th.
