Registration

The deadline for all registrations is February 16th, 2003. If you want to register, please follow the following steps:

1. Download the form REGISTRATION TERMS [57 KB] , print it out and sign it. On this form you will find further details on how to pay your registration fee.

2. Depending on whether you are registering as a delegate/observer or as a tourist, you have to download the appropriate form and print it out. Fill out the part "Personal details", then choose in which parts of congress you wish to participate and check the appropriate boxes, finally sign the form.

3. Transfer the deposit of 400 € (euros) to the bank account given on the form TERMS OF REGISTRATION.

4. Send your two forms to the following adress:

We cannot guarantee your participation if you hand in your registration after February 16th, 2002. Please note that the number of participants is limited (delegates - quotas for each country, observers - 25, tourists - 50).

Finally, don't forget to transfer the remaining fees (total cost minus deposit) until March 11th, 2003. Your registration will be complete only after you will have transferred the full amount.

For those who have obtained or downloaded registrations forms before January 20th, 2003: Please download them again, because the forms have changed. Only the newer forms will be accepted!
